Highly recommended! Though we didn't secure the first quotation I was expecting for, Emma was very helpful. It was a more expensive ticket but she managed to book our preferred dates. We admire her expertise and the customer service is second to none.

Used Neo Tourism for our short stay in Barcelona with mum and great aunt this autumn. We booked with Anna Taylor who was really helpful and came back to us so quickly with options. She was so quick at arranging everything for us - even working weekends to accommodate us and has kindly offered to arrange a wheelchair access for my mother too! Anna was very patient with us and always trying to help us find great deals as we had to change our flight dates etc. We will be using them again for future holidays!Excellent service - would definitely recommend Neo Tourism for your next holiday getaways too!
