It has been my desire to go back to the Philippines and spend time with family in my home town Cebu. I stumbled across Neo Tourism on Facebook advertising affordable flights to the Philippines. I contacted them and came across agent Grace Miller, who has been very compassionate with imminent intention. She tirelessly searched the best flights she could offer, accounting for both our financial and practical convenience when travelling with a young family of 4.

Grace managed to get us in Singapore airlines with practically no logging hours to have to stop over in Singapore. Including, extra discounts given and deducted off the total fare price. We can’t thank her enough by going above and beyond in her job.

I highly recommend Grace Miller from Neo Tourism when looking for affordable flights to the Philippines as I was so pleased with the customer service demonstrated. It’s absolutely second to none – excellent all in all!

I reached out to Rachel and Anna from Neo Tourism for assistance, and they were incredibly accommodating and patient with all my inquiries about the dates I had selected. Highly recommended! Though we didn't secure the first quotation I was expecting for, Emma was very helpful. It was a more expensive ticket but she managed to book our preferred dates. We admire her expertise and the customer service is second to none.

Used Neo Tourism for our short stay in Barcelona with mum and great aunt this autumn. We booked with Anna Taylor who was really helpful and came back to us so quickly with options. She was so quick at arranging everything for us - even working weekends to accommodate us and has kindly offered to arrange a wheelchair access for my mother too! Anna was very patient with us and always trying to help us find great deals as we had to change our flight dates etc. We will be using them again for future holidays!Excellent service - would definitely recommend Neo Tourism for your next holiday getaways too!
