Used Neo Tourism for our short stay in Barcelona with mum and great aunt this autumn. We booked with Anna Taylor who was really helpful and came back to us so quickly with options. She was so quick at arranging everything for us - even working weekends to accommodate us and has kindly offered to arrange a wheelchair access for my mother too!
