I used Neo Tourism for the first time to book my ticket for my holiday in the Philippines; they have been very helpful, and I’ve had no worries or problems with them. You get your own personal assistant agent, Janet. She’s always helpful. I would recommend neo tourism to anyone wanting to go on holiday

Not recommended.
My friend booked a flight going home to the Philippines from the UK through this agency. Due to the ongoing war situation, the airline itself cancelled the flight and issued a full refund. However, this agency deducted £500 (around ₱41,290) from the refund.
There was no proper breakdown, no transparency, and no clear explanation for the deduction — it honestly felt like they just made up the amount from nowhere.
Please be fair to your customers. My friend is already stressed enough dealing with cancelled flights and homesickness while hoping to be reunited with family.
Stay away from this kind of agency if you don’t want added stress and disappointment.

Just wanted to say a big thank you to Janet Davis for helping me and my wife with our flight in September.
From finding the right flights to sorting out all the little details and even our seat, they were on it. Really friendly, quick to respond, and just made the whole process smooth. It was one less thing to worry about, which we really appreciated.

Sobrang galing ng agency nato, they will help you to get the cheapest flight and making sure you get the cheapest but a nice flight. No need to tell them what you needed or wanted, in my experienced the agent ate Anna Taylor did put herself in my situation and book the most comfortable flight every passenger needed. So it is a highly recommended agency. Thank you so much Neo Tourism for doing such an amazing job!

This is the first time ive book with Neo tourism and i must say that Jasmin Reed been amazing and very helpful to assist me. Very soft spoken, kind and friendly, she tried various options for me to get the best deals possible. Unfortunately I didn’t book a flight this time but I will definitely be booking in a few weeks. I would definitely recommend her to anyone. 😊

I have great experience with the neo tourism and thank you for JANET DAVIS she was a brilliant and an excellent agent. she helped all thru my travel booking and she even make it sure that my check in online and I have the same seat number with my 2 sons and even when I was in the Philippines she was extending her help to us. I can say I give her 10 star for her excellent job

Great Experience booking with NeoTourism. One of customer service agent who's name is Anna. She is helping me a lot to get the best deal (cheaper) for us. Highly recommended! Though we didn't secure the first quotation I was expecting for, Emma was very helpful. It was a more expensive ticket but she managed to book our preferred dates. We admire her expertise and the customer service is second to none.

Used Neo Tourism for our short stay in Barcelona with mum and great aunt this autumn. We booked with Anna Taylor who was really helpful and came back to us so quickly with options. She was so quick at arranging everything for us - even working weekends to accommodate us and has kindly offered to arrange a wheelchair access for my mother too! Anna was very patient with us and always trying to help us find great deals as we had to change our flight dates etc. We will be using them again for future holidays!
